Shipping Schedules
Due to the influx of orders at this time, shipping times may be longer. Delivery time for USPS ground is 3 to 9 business days and 2 to 3 days for Priority Mail depending on your location. We ship Monday, Thursday and Friday excluding Holidays AFTER payment has been confirmed. We process your order(s) Monday thru Friday except for a week day holiday. We will email the tracking number to you. Please be aware that the number will not show any activity until late the evening after pick-up. Received Shipments Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. We recommend that you save the original shipping box and packing materials in the (very unlikely) event the unit needs to be shipped for service. If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an RMA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged item is returned. Refused Shipments All refused orders are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees. Returns Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Thus, if you are unsatisfied with our products simply call or email us and we will direct you on how to return the product to us. We will replace the product at no charge to you as long as it is only marginally used. This means if it is damaged in shipment or you tried it one time and you were not satisfied then we will replace it at no charge to you. For consumables, we can not replace the product where the container is not faulty and substantial amounts of the product are missing. If you would like a refund we will always make a refund for the unused portion that is returned to us. This policy is good for 30 days. |
