Our Out Post will be open for the month of October on Saturdays & Sundays 9:00 am until 1:00 pm serving our gourmet maple coffee, hot cider, hot chocolate and our famous maple glazed donuts!

Sip N Script will be joining us once again for "Pancakes and Pretty Lettering" Saturday, November 15th from 12:30-3:00 PM. Ticket price includes our sugar party breakfast and a modern calligraphy class for beginners. All supplies included, as well as, the ornament that you will be lettering! Our local author Monique Niemaszyk is back by popular demand to sign her wonderful book, A Maple Syrup Christmas, Saturday, October 11th from 9:00-1:00 on the Corn Crib Gift Shop porch.

So Fun! We have opened our petite Corn Crib Cafe located in the downstairs of our gift shop, offering our maple coffee and a fresh baked muffin.

We are taking tour bus reservations for fall foliage 2025, that is, leaf-peeping season in October! We are also taking Sugar Party reservations for school groups and bus tours for Sugar Season 2026, give us a call for more information! Bring your group of over twenty-five and join the fun!

Big news . . . we will NOT be having a five-week seasonal break at the end of the year! We will only be closed from December 22nd in the restaurant and December 23nd in our gift shop until January 2nd. Reopening on Saturday, January 3rd in both our restaurant and gift shop! Please spread the news!

Our hours for the month of October are 8:00-2:00 last seating at 1:45 PM, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will be open regular business hours on Columbus Day weekend, as well as, Monday, October 13th. First come, first served and no call ahead seating. Thank you!
