Pets are not allowed in our restaurant, gift shop or outdoor dining area.
Service dogs trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome.
These dogs must be under handler`s control at all times or can be asked to leave.
Not allowed: Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort, emotional support or companionship.
These dogs, though lovely, do not qualify as service dogs according to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 [ADA] and New Hampshire state law.
Neither the ADA nor New Hampshire`s service animal law includes what some people call "emotional support animals":
animals that provide a sense of safety, companionship, and comfort to those with psychiatric or emotional disabilities or conditions.
Although emotional support dogs and therapy dogs and other animals often have therapeutic benefits, they are not individually trained to perform specific tasks for their handlers.
Under the ADA and New Hampshire law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals into their facilities, only service animals.
Please know that we also love our pets, but the comfort, safety and well-being of all of our guests is of the utmost importance to us.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
